Privacy Policy
ArGaze operates a marketing website and lead-capture funnel. This policy explains what information we collect through our forms, how we store and use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.
Data We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to submit through one of our four forms:
- Newsletter — your email address.
- B2B enquiry — your email address and your company name.
- Demo booking — the booking details you provide to our scheduling provider (your name, email, chosen time, and any company information captured as a booking question).
- Long-form intake — your email, company, and the free-text and structured details you enter (for example your role, team size, and notes about your needs).
For the newsletter form we also record whether you ticked the opt-in box, the source of that opt-in, and the timestamp at which you submitted it, as a record of consent.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not log the contents of your submissions in your browser.
How We Store Data
Submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database. Access is restricted: the data is written and read only by our server-side code using a privileged key that is never exposed to your browser. Anonymous visitors cannot read stored leads.
Your submitted data is never committed to our source code repository and is never written to client-side logs. We review leads through the Supabase dashboard; we do not maintain a separate public-facing administrative interface.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that are strictly necessary to operate the funnel:
- Supabase — database hosting for the stored submissions.
- Resend — transactional email, used to notify us that you submitted a form.
- Cal.com — scheduling, used only when you book a demo.
Each processor receives only the data needed to perform its function on our behalf.
Data Retention
We retain lead submissions for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of consent where applicable. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your Rights below), and we will remove it unless we are required to retain it to meet a legal obligation.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Delete your data ("right to erasure").
- Export your data in a portable form.
- Opt out of further contact and withdraw any consent you previously gave.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Consent
For the newsletter, we rely on your explicit consent. The opt-in checkbox is unticked by default; we only treat you as subscribed if you tick it, and we store the source and a server-set UTC timestamp as evidence of when consent was given.
For the B2B enquiry, demo booking, and long-form intake forms, we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest in order to respond to the enquiry you initiated. We do not add you to any marketing list from these forms without your separate, explicit consent.
