We want to be clear about where AI shows up here — both in the media on these pages and in the product they describe.
Media on this site
Some imagery and animation on this site is AI-generated — for example, abstract hero visuals and architecture animations. Where a video or image carries a “Supported by AI” label, it links back to this page.
The product demo clips on our vertical pages are illustrative interface mockups. We build them by hand to show how the workflow looks and flows — they are not recordings of live customer data. Any serial numbers, work orders, claim numbers, or order IDs shown in them are fictional examples.
AI inside the product
The product uses AI vision to check a captured scene against the spec for that step. A human stays in the loop: the AI flags whether the scene matches, and a person reviews the flagged record and makes the call. We are a verification tool, not a decision engine — the AI does not make the final decision.
Any AI vision model can sit behind that check. We make the model auditable and let you swap it as the frontier moves, rather than tying you to one provider.
The output is a tamper-resistant, timestamped record, retrievable when you reach for it at audit, claim-file, or dispute time.
