How it works
Any step. Any model. Verified on camera.
ArGaze is AI-assisted workflow verification on the phone your team already carries: a vision model checks each physical step against the spec in real time and files a tamper-resistant, timestamped record you keep. Four steps — Capture, Verify, Evidence, Resolve.
The four steps
Capture
Your operator opens the step inside your app and films it on the phone they already carry — items into the box, the part into the bay, the drive being destroyed. No fixed cameras, no special rig.
Verify
A vision model samples frames and checks what's in view against the spec — order lines, work order, serial, claim details — in real time. High-confidence matches pass; ambiguous frames escalate to a stronger model.
Evidence
The session becomes a tamper-resistant, timestamped record — the footage plus each AI verdict — tied to your reference ID and retrievable in seconds.
Resolve
When the moment is questioned at audit, claim-file, or dispute time, you reach for the record by order ID — court-ready, in seconds. No scrubbing an evening of footage.

Live verification, today
A human auditor watches the session live.
Your operator opens a live video session, and an auditor oversees the capture in real time — the same call, start to finish. Underneath, a vision model checks the scene against the spec on a near-real-time, per-frame basis as the footage streams in, flagging what matches and what doesn't. When the session ends, it becomes a tamper-resistant, timestamped record you retrieve by order ID — the court-ready evidence your audit or dispute process can check.
FAQ
- Does the AI make the final decision?
- Today, ArGaze is AI-assisted workflow verification: the vision model flags whether the scene matches the spec, and the operator reviews the flagged record. Uploading your own instruction manuals so the product can walk the operator through AI-guided instructions first, then escalate to a human reviewer as needed, is an upcoming capability, coming soon.
- Which AI models does ArGaze support?
- Claude by default. Any AI vision model — OpenAI, Gemini, or a self-hosted model — swaps in via config. We do not claim one model is more accurate; we make any model auditable and let you swap as the frontier moves.
- Where does the evidence record live?
- In your cloud. Your data never leaves your infrastructure. The record is tamper-resistant and timestamped — retrievable by order ID when you need it at audit or claim time.
- What hardware does the team need?
- The phone your team already carries. No proprietary cameras, no drive-through gantries, no new hardware procurement.
- Is this court-ready evidence?
- The record is built to be court-ready: a tamper-resistant, timestamped capture tied to your reference ID, with each AI verdict attached. ArGaze is a verification tool, not a legal judgment — whether any record is accepted is for a court to decide. We give you a defensible record to bring.
- How is this different from the photos or video we already collect?
- A photo shows that a picture was taken; a recording nobody indexes can't be found at dispute time. ArGaze checks the step against the spec as it happens and files a record you retrieve by order ID — verification at the moment of capture, not a guess after the fact.
- What does ArGaze cost?
- Pricing is usage-based — you pay per verified event, with design-partner terms for the first cohort in each vertical. Talk to us about a pilot and we'll scope it to your volume.
